The Wallace Companies was founded over 20 years ago by Mike Wallace. His vision was to create an organization to build and develop quality environments where people could live and work.

Mike saw promise in the communities adjacent to Tulsa, specifically Jenks and Bixby, and has played an intricate role in developing affordable residential housing markets in these two growing communities. The Wallace Companies succeeded in creating many residential and commercial developments that complement the surrounding countryside and provide the amenities that attract and keep long term residents and businesses.

With over 20 years of developments on the map, and several new developments under construction, the Wallace Companies continues to invest on behalf of the residents of Jenks and Bixby.

In the mid 1980's The Wallace Companies was one of the first to undertake the construction of residential developments in the Jenks School district west of the river and now west of Highway 75.

Most recently The Wallace Companies have begun to develop in South Jenks and Bixby. All of Wallace projects are located to be convenient to Tulsa yet maintain an atmosphere of quiet country living.

Jenks Schools, Bixby Schools, large lots, small lots, luxury homes, affordable homes, neighborhood pools and parks are all available in Wallace's many high quality subdivisions.
